Gyldaria Tanogen
A really fun Nurture-inspired track that feels like an alternative-universe track from the same record. The lyrics are quite good as well. "What were you hoping to find? A way out to the other side?" feels right out of the cutting room floor of Porter's studio. Love it!!

about
huge thank you to springsight for writing and playing the violins and helping me with feedback and being very cool and everything <3
I started this on 23rd march with no intention of making a nurture style thing, but it turned into an experiment. Then apri 1st came around and i thought it would be funny to post it as a porter track as a joke - and lots of people said they like it, so i finished it (:
lyrics
every time i show ya,
it feels like a supernova.
the sun is shining for ya.
is this human nature?
with time you changed,
you turn away.
you call that brave?
and now you're
staring at the sundial,
waiting for revival
what were you hoping to find?
a way out to the other side?
we have to move on, and I can't wait longer
I can't wait longer, I
so step down, and don't tell the whole town
'cause helios don't need to know so much
white lies to fool the white skies
constellations form in your eyes
inevitable. the first to fall, we all move on, after all.
sunlight dissolves the sky
and you know time's not on your side
but you're
staring at the sundial,
waiting for revival
what were you hoping to find?
a way out to the other side?
we have to move on, and I can't wait longer
I can't wait longer, I
what were you hoping to find?
a way out to the other side?
we have to move on, and I can't wait longer
I can't wait longer, I
